Stilmarmo among the guests at the exclusive Izmir Chamber of Commerce ‘dinner meeting’.
Masselli: “Great consideration and many opportunities”.
Apricena – From Australia to Italy, from China to the USA. Over 50 countries from all the world’s continents. More than 100 thousand attendees. These are the big numbers of the 28th edition of the “Marble Izmir – International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair”, one of the largest global events in the natural stone industry, held in Izmir, Turkey’s third largest metropolitan city after Istanbul and Ankara.
To mark the occasion, the prestigious Izmir Chamber of Commerce, chaired by the innovator Mahmut Özgener, former president of the Turkish Football Federation, organised a ‘dinner meeting’ that took place on 27 April on the eighth floor of the IZTO (Izmir Ticaret Odasi), the luxurious building of the chamber’s headquarters.
It was a very exclusive ‘dinner meeting’, with just 150 guests from all over the world, including, from Italy, Stilmarmo of Apricena, an industrial group that is very well known abroad, as it has always been committed to the worldwide enhancement of ‘Pietra di Apricena’ (most recently in Riyadh, at whose stand it received an institutional visit from the Italian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Roberto Cantone).
“There is no need to hide the emotion that accompanied our delegation throughout the evening, during which they touched with their own hands the high regard that our Stone enjoys at an international level,” reports Alfonso Masselli, Stilmarmo’s head of public relations.
“The overall outcome of this meeting will be the subject of a profound prospective reflection within our organisation, which we will extend to our institutional partner, the Polytechnic University of Bari, with which we share important projects at an international level,” concludes the head of public relations.
